For my topic I have deceided to go with the affects of good nutrition on your grades. I have always wondered about this and whether or not it actually has an affect on your grades or not. I chose it because it seemed very interesting to me and something I could get a lot of good answers on. I also chose it because I want to try it out with myself, considering I've never had great nutrition and also never had very good grades as well. I hope that it will be a great learning experience for me and that I can get a lot out of it.
I've already heard many discussions on this topic and have never really had a solid opinion of my own. I think that for some people nutrition has a great affect on their grades but for others almost no affect. An issue that is very related to this topic is what a good diet actually is. For years and years now people have argued about what diet is best for you, high fat, high carbs, low fat and many more. To solve the situation at hand we would first have to realize what a "good" diet consists of.
There are many things concerning this topic that I ahve no idea about. I have barely any prior knowledge about nutrition or it's affects on anything. But that is one thing that I hope to learn through all of the research and writing in this paper. I also just hope to learn more about the body and just what drives it and keeps you going and thinking and things like that.
